A Touch of Love, LLC requires all participants requesting alcohol provide proof of being 21 years of age or older with valid identification

A Touch of Love, LLC is not responsible for actions and/or activities taking place between/among participants

A Touch of Love, LLC is not responsible for loss, damages, or theft to client property

A Touch of Love, LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions to bathing/massage products, candles, food, beverages, floral arrangements, or any other product relating to our services

A Touch of Love, LLC is not responsible for unattended candles

A Touch of Love, LLC is not responsible or liable for non-attendance of invited persons

A Touch of Love, LLC reserves the right to use photographs of rendezvous packages for marketing and advertising purposes

A Touch of Love, LLC clients are responsible for all damages to any and/or all locations associated with our services

A Touch of Love, LLC clients are responsible for returning or reimbursing all non-consumable merchandise belonging to A Touch of Love, LLC in the condition it was rendered

A Touch of Love, LLC reserves the right of refusal

A Touch of Love, LLC clients placing reservations under 14 days are subject to an expedience charge

A Touch of Love, LLC requires all balances due 7 days prior to scheduled reservation.

A Touch of Love, LLC requires balances due in-full at time of reservation for any reservations placed 7 or fewer days prior to requested event.

The sale or rendering of all A Touch of Love, LLC services are final.

The sale of all A Touch of Love, LLC products are final.

A Touch of Love, LLC requires a non-refundable $75.00 deposit due at time reservations are made.

Romantic Event Cancellation Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. Romantic Event cancellation refunds are based on the following schedule and are subject to change without notice: Clients requesting Romantic Event cancellation refunds 30 or more days from reserved event will receive 100% refund less deposit; Clients requesting Romantic Event cancellation refunds 29-20 days from reserved event will receive 75% refund less deposit; Clients requesting Romantic Event cancellation refunds 19-15 days from reserved event will receive 50% refund less deposit; Clients requesting Romantic Event cancellation refunds 14-7 days from reserved event will receive 25% refund less deposit; Clients requesting Romantic Event cancellation refunds less than 7 days from reserved event will receive 10% refund less deposit. Clients may opt to apply balance and deposit toward a future romantic event in lieu of cancellation refund.
